It has around low to mid thirty's although odometer reads 37 it had a plus 2 sprocket for about 2 years now so I figured low to mid thirty's is about accurate

Bike looks like it is in great condition. I like the SE flame paint job that year. My advice would be to sell it for how much would make you happy and have patience. After some time passes you can always drop the price incrementally until it sells depending on how low you are willing to go/how bad you need to sell it. Factoring in that people are always going to try and low ball your asking price it is best to start on the high side IMO. Another option is to sell some of the aftermarket parts on Ebay and put the OEM parts back on. $5,000 is a good starting point. Some people may say that is on the high side for a bike with 30k+ miles that is 9 years old but considering the prices of brand new I think that is fair. If you list for $5,000 you will probably settle for $4500. Check the ads on Cycle Trader & see what other people are selling that year for a baseline.
