for the scratches try some of this, ive always had good luck with it. apply a good coat of wax afterwards.

I can vouch for this guy. Chris Kruzel just did some sick decals for my front fender. The bridgestone "B" and the 50th Anniversary decal that you see on the M1 bikes. The quality is second to none! I'll get some pics up when the sun comes back lol.
