I understand the desire to use Facebook as a means of promoting business. But, what about an option for those of us whom don't use Facebook?

Fjorn: I'm sorry man, but it's the easiest way to do it as most do use it so it's pretty much the most common means of "social media". Doing something on our website would require everyone be registered on our website and then getting the world out is a bit tougher as with FB it goes on peoples walls, is one click of a button, etc. I understand where you're coming from, but if you have suggestions let us know and we'll surely take it into consideration if you have a better method.

With larger giveaways it really sucks as we can't do it for every forum. If we put the same contest on every forum then announce "xxxx from the cbr forum won" it looks bad to all the forum members of the r1, r6, gixxer, etc that didn't win but we posted it on their forum. So we have to try and consolidate everyone to one place to keep the larger giveaways.

Understandable. Was just thinking of a way to allow those of us whom don't use FB or other social media to enter.

Thanks for the contests though.

This would be a good birthday present since my birthday is the 25th.

Hope you have something fun planned! Best of luck to you. Once nice thing about FB is that we also can't match up names with usernames so it's a bit more random as well. Good luck to you though and Happy early Bday.
