We had a big one in 1997 that flattened 16 houses. A construction crew hit a high pressure main and it went. This was a relatively small one.

Great thing about my church, we take care of our own. We've given over a million dollars to people in our community in the last 2 years. We have orange "Buck-it" buckets around the church that we put money in. Every dollar donated goes out into our community to help those in need. Usually it's people who lost jobs and homes and are living on the street. We give them 6 months rent and prepay their utilities for them. It's great work. This week was also our big thanksgiving food drive. There are thousands of totes set in piles around the church. We take them home and get the items listed on the paper in the bottom of the tote. Today they collected them. 2 semi trailers worth. Next weekend I and my family will be part of the crew that takes them out into the community and hands out the food to those in need.

Good to hear that they focus primarily on local needs. IMO, that is where churches should focus first, instead of overseas. Don't get me wrong, I see the missions elsewhere as being good too. But, build your base by focusing on those most directly impacted by the contributions.
Out of curiosity, is yours one of the mega churches? With some of what's been said, sounds like it.

Yes, it's pretty big. It started with 30 people back in the 80's and now it's pretty big. I used to hunt on the property where the church is. They have refused to build any larger and have expanded services instead. Went from Just sunday services to saturday and sunday.
About 4000 people thru the doors every weekend. Non denominational restoration church.

i've never gotten sumac before thankfully. i've heard it spreads a lot easier than ivy, not sure if that's true though. last time i got poison ivy was about 4 years ago when i was doing community service for a local major boy scout camp out by my old house weed wacking for 3 days straight. i had that shit all over even though i was wearing boots, long socks, jeans, long sleeve shirt, hat, etc.

The forums have lost their "form" for me. The borders and stuff are gone so it's difficult to follow. Anyone know how I can fix it? Using firefox, when I use chrome the forums are fine. Thanks.
Just muscled a washer and dryer upstairs by myself, that sucked but they are in and working. Clean scivies tomorrow.

Check your options: security --> Never remember history. Probably a corrupt cache.
Need any more shit Don? I'll ship it to ya. I'm getting down to a relatively minimalist living again.

I still have way too much shit as it is, this house is bigger on living space by a couple hundred feet but smaller garage, no workshop and no basement. I need to purge again big time ... and why did I keep all those freaking cold cut tupperware things?
