My Rosso 2's are getting odd scuffs

I attached a pic of the tire. Has 400miles on it mostly the tail of the dragon and a short ride today back at home. There are odd "cut outs" for lack of a better description, in the tires edge. You can see three of them in the pic. They are evenly spaced all the way around the tire on both sides. I saw them after about 10miles so I did a few power slides to see if they went away and they did. Then they showed back up. I can spin them hard while down at full lean to get rid of them and then take one good hard turn without spinning much and they come back. This is the fourth set of Rosso's this year and I've not seen the other sets do this. Any ideas?
Btw I run 32psi in the rear cold.

whats your weather like? I have seen racebikes lose small chunks off hot tires when in a cool climate and a cold track surface in winter, wonder if its something like that?

Odd that its the only set thats done it if youve had other sets the same
