May want to look at that again bro. The wear pattern changes. There is probably more than one issue.

I keep saying that I will, but as it turns out when I'm at the track I'm trying to ride and make adjustments/recommendations in between. So I never get a chance at before and after pics. Plus it's not really practical in all cases to go from tire wear patterns. There are often multiple factors that need to be dressed. I posted a tire a while back of a tire that looked like hell and would have had some folks thinking multiple things were wrong. I had seen the rider get on the bike and put in into gear, and watched the chain vibrate like a guitar string. We went over and explained the chain was too tight. After he adjusted it the tire wear started to return to normal with only a slight rebound tear.

Could be a lot of things, and that is one possibility.

Ya I was just running the same settings as I had on the street. Stiffened up from stock settings though.

Yeah, it's original and not sure when the last time it was serviced and actually set up properly
What could be the other things?

See your first statement.
Reading tires is useful when you are dealing with a known, properly setup chassis. But when you start to see multiple wear patterns evident it can point back to the basic setup and service. When I see a tire that seems to go from rebound being too slow in some areas of the carcass to being too fast in other areas it tells me that there are multiple issues. Start with basic setup/service.

Can you read anything on mine after my first track day ever at Jennings on a completely stock suspension set up? Let me know if additional pics are needed, thanks.

First track day dont worry too much about tires, learn about track safety and how comfortable you are on your bike in a race track

Oh, trust me I was doing just that, but I was just curious. I rented a suit and it didn't fit me right so that took a lot of getting used to itself. Can't wait to pick up my own suit and go back.

Not much riding on them to come up with something, however the grooves are still pretty even, only see minor extra rubber rolling on the side, but knowing jennings i know why. Looks pretty good as it is, however the faster you get changes will be needed

Yeah, 08 with 7k miles. Suspension has never been touched (to my knowledge, I bought it with 6200mi). I weigh 165. New Q2s, 53 laps.
It was getting dark by the time I got home so I don't know if these pics will help.
Mr. Wolfe is local to me so I hope to have my stuff set up before the next track day.

Yeah I'll stick to my original opinion. Suspension setup for now will not change anything for you, looks pretty even.
