At least Honda was nice enough to include a trip computer for fuel consumption and a gear indicator built in. Should be standard on any modern bike with a computer.

it's probably just made to look like that. honda has gotten pretty good about blending body work lines. in some of the pictures you can see a little line that separates the tail from the under seat part. one can only assume that the under seat part is separate from the tank cover (hondas have plastic tank covers over their gas tanks if you didn't know)

Thanks for the info, I did not know that. Bike needs some different headllights to look half decent IMO.

I like the 07 body better. The wheels look good though. Hondas riding position is not as agressive as Yamaha.

That front end looks absolutely nothing like the Panigale.

I had the 2012 600rr and was in two minds on whether to wait for the 2013 600rr or jump in and get the 2012 R1. I bought the 2012 R1 and now looking at the 2013 600rr im glad i wasted no more time waiting...

I really don't like it and believe nothing looks as good as the R1..

Even then, there are those whom feel that the 09-12 R1's are hideous. So, can't please everyone.

Each to their own. Doesn't look too bad to me but i'll never buy one.

fjorn - How can people not like the 09+ front?..Most aggressive look there is.

Aggressive is not always conducive to an attractive bike. I personally think the Panigale is the best looking bike by a long shot.

Case for the aggressive doesn't always look good:
