Didn't think I'd ever agree with The Butcher but I think he makes a valid point. Of course I still disagree that the 09 is the ugliest bike out there, but I don't think it's any less squidly to be riding like that backoad riding vs. stunting on the street. Double digits, crossing double yellows, using both lanes even if it's a four lane don't belong on the street. People were dogging the Porsche driver and talking about what a terrible driver he was in Adey's video for crossing over into oncoming lanes. I don't see much difference even if both lanes are in the same direction. Doesn't mean you aren't going to rear end someone in front of you when you come around that blind corner. The street is not a closed course where all surface is to be used. Save that stuff for the track. In Reg Pridmore's CLASS school he teaches riding a consevative street line for street and track riding. You actually protect the inside from a pass by not starting the turn from the outside edge of the track. In street riding this gives a little more room for error or surprises. Even if there are four lanes you should pick a lane and stay in it. I'm not saying you can only ride in one lane but you shouldn't be going back and forth constantly through the turns. I'm getting closer and closer to giving up street riding completely. At least on the track you know the rules and what to expect.

I'll probably be heading down to arkansas tomorrow to check out some roads. From what I hear, some of the best roads in the midwest are just south of Branson.

I took less vids and stayed local this year, but overall I think they turned out OK. I lead a lot of the club rides, so many times I'm shooting video there is no one in front of me, which makes it a little less interesting but still fun, but here are some of the more interesting ones.
Following my Fiance just before we found out we were pregnant!
These last 2 were taken on my SV. Tried out a different camera angle. It needed to be up a little higher, but I got some great shots of some of the other riders in the club.
