Even if he does know, he won't. He keeps insisting none of this is "political".
Sure, I believe that. Specifically that he wasn't making it "political"; but I am sure all those above him that has tried to cover this up/change the terminology were only thinking of it politically.

Political or not those agencies that downplayed this needs to have their asses handed to them. I wondered where the stop snitching culture came from and it's been staring us in the face

I don't know but at this level it needs to be nothing but the truth. We definitely need to send a few folks to jail, starting at the top.
