2000 R1 - Ivan's Jet Kit or Flo Commander
Ive been lookin at both these and wondering which would help my bike be as smooth and best throttle response? Would it be best to do both or is just one good enough to not need both?

I have both on my 00. I had just the jet kit at first and added the FC later...noticeable difference.
Good luck.

I'll give you my take...I tried a set of Ivan's needles, on my 99, with an Akrapovic slip-on. Didn't notice a difference. I'm sure a dyno would tell you it makes a difference but I couldn't tell. Removed the needles and installed a Flo-commander and then I could tell a difference. Felt like I added 5 hp to the bike. I've been running the Flo-comander, with stock needles, for the last 6 years and couldn't be happier.

I'm sure it would work with the ram air because all it does is evenly distribute the air to the diaphragms.

you don't need the flow commmander. Perform the quadroport method in my post / signature below.
