Questions about HP
I had a few questions about my bike... I bought an 05 earlier this year and it is said to have the following upgrades to the motor..
Ported/Polished Head
Thinner head gasket
Web Racing Cams
With just those including full exhaust, PC3, and velocity stacks ( I'm not sure if it has these or not, haven't had a chance to look) What kind of HP numbers am I looking at?
Sidenote... Is there any way to notice if it ACTUALLY has these items without taking the engine apart? I believe the bike sounds a bit "different" than what a stock one sounds, but I suppose that could be anything.
Any help with the bare bones info. I've given?

dyno the bitch!!! With a good head job, you're looking at 10-15 hp gains alone. so you should be in the 170-180s.

Haha!! I'll just throw it out there that me walking you guys at all is NOT going to happen...
I'd love to take it out to the track, But i'm a little skeptical.
z064life I talked to you a little about my skepticism and running an R1 as a first track bike... I've got a few more questions regarding running a R1, but I'll save those for a PM to you if you don't mind my stupidity..
