I kinda has a feeling about the quality. A lot of videos from the liquid pro weren't take at high speed. I guess it inst very good at the speed.
Sadly, I don't see any good deals for thanksgiving. I'm looking specifically for helmets gloves and the go pro.

I will never cook a turkey in an oven again! ....We brine the turkey for 24 hrs first then smoke for 4-5 hrs (18lb bird). It comes out so juicy, and flavorful, no dry turkey anywhere, no matter where you take the meat from.

In a Weber, it's not even really smoking. At least not the way I do it as it's closer to just baking in the oven. But, an 18# bird comes out about 3.5 hours later all cooked and ready to eat. I'm going to pick one up tomorrow and do this weekend.
I'm on call this week so didn't get much of a chance to do anything. I was on a support call from 0700 until 1300 today.

It is smoked with hickory chips....but it is what we have....so we do it that way. It is definitely better than in a regular oven...

True. I forget about the wood chips. I just fill the sides with coal, prep the turkey and throw it in and almost forget about it.
