Just something to consider: i was recently looking to get one too. Turns out motomummy's price for brand new - no tax, free shipping - was within $60 of what the used ones were going for. If you buy used, make sure you get all the washers, etc. Peace of mind, full set of instructions, and no waiting was worth it for me to get new one.

Ya definitely hear what your saying.When buying used u don't always get everything that is required for installation which can be a real headache.Appreciate the heads up.How did you like the new ohlins??

Just installed it yesterday along with a few other new parts and took it for a shake-down ride - got to a sunny 40F here in NJ!

Didnt notice anything different.

Ohlins has 18 clicks min to max and suggests starting at 10 clicks out from max hard.

Im doing track days this year and got it more for that. i adjusted 2 more clicks hard after yesterday's run so we'll see how next ride is (sometime after tomorrow's snowstorm)
