Full Akrapovic...supplier to 80% of all the worlds Superbike, Superstock and Supersport teams...not to mention 50% the Moto GP and Moto 2 teams.
Graves...supplier to the Graves AMA Superbike, Superstock and Supersport teams.
Rearsets...choose a brand that is common in racing, therefore tried and tested.

Graves are sweet pipes, akros are nice too. It's all about personal preference because the two are directly comparable

Doing the undertail or low mount? I have the full Graves low mount, love it and thought long and hard about getting a PC but choose a Bazzaz system with self mapping, TC and QS. I got the preprogrammed one with GP setup, for damn cheap.
