K&N or GYTR Air filter?

Hi Guys what do you recommend for the 12 with flash, slipons and y pipe? K&N or GYTR highflow air filter? or doesnt matter which in terms of performance?

apparently they're both the same... or so i've been told by a known shop..

i got the GYTR, just cause..

used to run BMC, i doubt it makes much difference {perf. wise} between filter manufacturers..

They are all close to the same. BMC is the most popular with sportbikes while K&N is with cars. I would wait until your oem one needs replaced and then look at a BMC, but use up the oem one before purchasing one is my advice.

stick with oem even with flashtune and pips? dont I need more intake since I have a high flow exhaust now?

even graves race team says OEM filter flows the best. i would/could buy any of them but i'll stick with what the pros use

Same here. Run the stock OEM filter since day 1.

i buy my OEM ones from guys who believe they need BMC or KN believe i paid 20 bucks for a used filter that had 100 miles on it. looked brand spankin new and helped me put down a 165 on the ol drum roll
