ok, pics were bs...how about being a cop and your partner getting shot.
And YES only covers it if it's actually a warantee issue, so be prepared to get a bill

not at all... it is a warranty issue. i didnt install anything to make this happen to the bike .. i have another issue related to fuel where as soon as the light turn on it dies right away.. that maybe something to do with this too cause others get at least some kind of reserve tank. im swaping batteries now well see if that fixes it.

If you don't know what's causing it, how do you know it's a warantee issue?

cause "I" didnt install or mess with anything to cause this.. so im assuming something is up with the bike that its acting up like this. only reason theyll deny it is if i did something to it.

I'll give you a hint...fuel in the cylinder building up before igniting causes the fireball

Try draining the fuel into a jerry can so u can use it again later if its not the fuel start the bike run out the old fuel now only put a gallon in the tank and wait till the next day and try start it again when it's cold with the new fuel in the tank
