SOLAR ENRGY tail light would offer the most visible solution... around these parts, we wouldnt get far with the CAMEL... just not enough of an area covered... they do look nice and trick though... tough choice.

I would lean heavily towards a solar energy design..

as far as headlights, yeh if you were to reuse the oem design, which is rather perfect on this model, bug eye design comments aside, its only
two bulbs... nice and clean... and you'd still be able to run hids..

one more question.. would we retain the option to run dual exhaust!?? you know.. for those of us who are in lust with Graves new system!??
not a clue what that would look like.. if anybody can offer a photochop... that would be grand.!..

Of course we are thinking about the dual exausth...Thats why its not easy to do it fast.
We have to create 2 our 3 diferent solutions to keep everyone happy!
The solution that we use in the abarth replica is very good, and Thats why we will try to do it again...but this time with the original headligths from the 09-12 version.
Lets hope that we could split them!!
Sometimes i look at the bikes that we already did and think, how is it possible that we had done that!!!!
It makes me soo proud...the abarth replica is amazing!!!
Thank you for the pictures that you guys put here...its the best apreciation for our work!!
Thank you!!

The laguna replica that you see on our website was mine...
It was the 2006 50th aniversary yamaha R1....
Just by changing the fairing, and put the RAM air sistem like the M1, the bike changed completly!!!
More torque and the revs go up much faster!!
Much better...
After i put full exausth sistem Made by arrow...and Belive me...it was amazing!
In my 09 R1 i have a power commander V,and a mixed exausth sistem,akrapovic, handmade Y and a original M1 slip on,from the 2004 bike...
The bike is much better...it lost around 12 kg,because the exausth is M1 Style and not underseat, and the total power is around 171 hp...on the weel!
But the best is that the torque curve is much better...between 7 000 rpm and 9 000 rpm the has more 10 hp them a stock R1!
I can wait to see the efect of the M1 RAM air sistem on it!

how does the M1 improve the superbike/AMA intake of the Sharkskinz? (larger intake, fully tubes, and a new plenum)

Also, when you do these...offer them unpainted. If I went this route, I'd want my own, original design on it (or at least the option to do so).

thats a good point, I will wait and see what is available, but as well have access to great painters out here, It would be worth while for sure...

thanks for the updated info OP, I was thinking you should def. see some improvements on ram air alone... it makes sense.. less turbulence and obstruction, better throughput.. with some engine work and full exhaust, should def. make for some great results... Although I love the idea of a side GP exhaust, it just wouldnt work with my saddlebags while touring.. that and the R1 just needs to be dual under seat exhaust in my books...

I must admit, i'm still in awe of that KingKenny livery!!

Still has to split to go through the frame. I agree with the stock setup it would be better but not sure about how much better from the AMA setup

yes i know it does.. but currently we I have two huge lenses right in the middle, which is where I assume, the highest pressure point is... hence... remove headlights, remove obstruction, smooth is fast, less turbulence..

I do agree with you though! the AMA setup is golden!! but i need headlights.!
