Went out today with the daughter and caught 7 slab crappies, but spent the majority of the time fighting the wind and trying to keep boat in position. First time I ever ran down a trolling motor battery. Caught a bunch of bass, too, but threw all of them back.

I didn't mention I missed 2 head shots on deer sitting still earlier in the morning. I hit this fvcking turkey on the run free handed how that happens is beyond me

Nice on the crappie! I went out this afternoon only to find out a bass tournament had ended 1 hour befor I got there  caught one dink and that was it.

Just knocked out a coon from about 125 yrds in the lake  : pics to come on Monday. We caught 12 bass this afternoon, all dinks though

Caught midget doubles this morning. I swear that rattle trap was half the size of the fish. Also my fiancé caught 2 nice crappie. I think we have caught 25 fish so far
