I've said a number of times on here that the military is one of the few places my tax dollars belong. Of the hundreds of thousands of government programs and bureaucracies. There are only a very small handful that should exist according to the constitution.
Both parties are to blame for the creation of half this crap. Actually, mostly democrats but republicans have had their hand in it as well. Nixon loved his gov' programs with the best of um

The words and writings of the founding fathers are more relevant today than when they were in power. They fought repression only to have their decedents fail them. We need to listen to them and remember what this country was founded for. Freedom.
Quote:
|
"The time is now near at hand which must probably determine, whether Americans are to be, Freemen, or Slaves; whether they are to have any property they can call their own; whether their Houses, and Farms, are to be pillaged and destroyed, and they consigned to a State of Wretchedness from which no human efforts will probably deliver them. The fate of unborn Millions will now depend, under God, on the Courage and Conduct of this army-Our cruel and unrelenting Enemy leaves us no choice but a brave resistance, or the most abject submission; that is all we can expect-We have therefore to resolve to conquer or die." -- George Washington to his troops before the Battle of Long Island.

I've said this years ago. When SCOTUS overturned McCain-Feingold, they allowed big business and corporations to basically influence America and Government much much more than they have in the past. This congressman is only giving credence to McCain...the guy on the other side of the isle. His intent is good, but he's coming at it from the wrong avenue.

How did I agree with you....I believe you were stating the alphabet soup is legal because the constitution doesn't strickly say it isn't allowed. My point, and the point of our founders if that if it isn't stated that you CAN do it it isn't allowed
How does your post agree with that??

Your attitude of ambivalence towards it is the reason they continue to usurp our rights and freedoms. It's time to pick a side and stick with it. You're either a lemming or a patriot. Choose.
If you choose to continue to live in the tyrannical state of California (the documented worst run state in the union) you are supporting the socialist elite.
|

Seriously?
You know, okay. I get it. Most people in our govt can be thought of as clowns because they don't give a sh*t about anyone but themselves. The feds cram telephone poles up our @ss and do what they want because they can. I'll agree with what you're saying about them bending the rules and finding loopholes (which I mentioned in my earlier post) but if you really think that everyone who lives in california supports some kind of elitist group of fag bangers through consumerism or taxes or whatever, you need to do like sam jackson says and wake the f*ck up.
You mad bro?
Bottom line is, eventually, we're gonna end up like all the other nations out there where there's a coup like every f*ckin' week because we let it get so bad. Look at what Obama did when he stepped in office. He demanded change in our health care system and did anything happen? F*CK no. The entire nation is so stuck on needing/wanting money so much that no one will ever be willing to take a hit. No one will affect change, no one will take the greed out of America, no one will make it okay. We are, for lack of a better phrase, our own destroyers.
Oh and by the way, if you pay taxes or purchase anything at all, then YOU'RE a hypocrite and YOU'RE just perpetuating the problem. We might as well just dump our lives in the trash and go live in the mountains and whine about our problems, and then try and stage some kind of action "against the system" that's obviously not gonna do any f*ckin' good.
I'm here all night, bro. You started it, let's do this.

Dont you worry.....health care change IS coming. He just set it up so most of it came into play after 2013 (on purpose). If people saw whats going to happen before he would never have been reelected. Just wait till people are not getting tax refunds because they cant show proof of insurance

Okay, then, my bad. I understand. Then you need to understand that from our govt point of view, if it isn't stated then they CAN do it. Like if I don't tell my kid not to steal cookies, he's just gonna do it since I never said not to. It's that "It's doesn't say we can't!" mindset.
Sorry if I was misleading.

It has nothing to do with a point of view...the founding fathers created the constitiution that listed everything the govt CAN do...if it isn't stated they are not suppose to be able to. The problem is they don't really follow the constitution.
That's the fact and we need to get the federal govt back to that standard....taxes would be cut in 1/2 and we'd still have a surplus

Yes, I do believe anyone willing to remain in Cali is part of the problem. Remaining there as a slave to the tyrannical government that breaks the constitution and enslaves those willing to work. If you don't agree with socialism, leave.
You mad bro?
yes, sheeple like you, willing to take it in the ass and smile while sipping your latte are the problem.
Bottom line is, eventually, we're gonna end up like all the other nations out there where there's a coup like every f*ckin' week because we let it get so bad. I pay less taxes than most. Far less. I'm teaching people how to win, how to overcome what's coming, not hiding in my latte sniffing fag juice on the beach in Cali. I live in a free state, where individual rights are still a priority. I'm part of the solution. When the FEMA camps are ready, you'll be the first in line to get your MRE and body cavity search.
I'm here all night, bro. You started it, let's do this.

Okay.
If you really think that people in California just sit on dildos and get all happy sipping lattes and sh*t, you're the biggest f*cking idiot on this forum, and you just need to be quiet.
No one currently living in Cali actually believes that he or she is supporting some type of higher-class emporium of fags who further drink lattes and sit on dildos. I'm actually agreeing with one thing you're saying; something must be done. I'm not agreeing that we all leave california and head for the hills.
The article in this thread said that the representative told some people that he thought there should be some type of control as to how much influence big businesses are allowed to have concerning the media. It said NOTHING about controlling free speech.
Oh and since you wanna act like a 3 year old and throw insults:
You're probably taking it up the @ss right now, believing that you're the next iconoclast f*cking Neo from the Matrix. Get a life.

Of course Democrats want that...as long as corporations can spend on elections...it isn't just Unions that have that ability anymore....

Unless you make a change, things will remain the same. Continuing to support the socialist agenda of commiefornia won't make them change. It will make the looters even more thirsty for the stuff you have or can provide. If you don't take it away from them (tax money) they will continue.
Neo is from a movie. I'm for real.
