photos should help explain it Beno, used mostly on endurance race bikes, holds the chain during wheel swaps

I like it Ron. Don't know about drilling holes in the swingarm though

why not? I drilled a self taping screw into mine to hold my brake line against it.
And besides....you need to drill it out some to offset the added weight of the part

Depending on where you drill you can weaken it

One hole used was the existing OEM chainguard, the other is a tapped M5 bolt hole.

sure at edges or a substantial size..but an M5 or in my case even smaller....isn't going to noticable weaken it. Technically it will weaken it no matter where but...

Placement was hard because of the contour of the swingarm. Hard to tell with the colour it depends on the light & camera angle as you can see on some pics it is perfect. Will have to get a shot of the whole bike.

Not really a sticker as such for it is 3 dimensional. I am not a fan of plastering stickers on a bike also but this is just an experiment and I thank you all for your input

not a fan, it just doesnt flow well to me. you have A LOT of gold already so the sticker seems to add a bit too much.

Kind of what I was thinking also Steve. Maybe from a distance it looks better. There are so many choice parts to look at it almost draws your eye away. I'm really only a fan of stickers on race reps and even then it's easy to overdo it. I say this after I just put a Dunlop decal on my swinger. lol
