Is there an alternative for the tail section meaning can I buy an undertail that cleans up the emptiness??

My room I sleep in with the bike.
Photoshoped the pegs off

Thanks for sharing, I love the pictures. The bike looks great in them. The photo in the rain is tight! For your tail maybe you can look at the R6 tail conversion, it would probably work to clean it up. But I'm sure they'll some work involved to make it work.

Haven't been on here for a while since I had my red R1 5JJ 2001 model! Anyway here's an update on my newer R1 4C8 which was originally a UK red and white bike, the mods so far all carried out by myself.
My own customised bodywork, including black seat/passenger seat, satin black belly pans, and R1 side graphics imported from Germany
Akropovic titanium slip on exhausts
BMC air filter
Hel brake lines front and rear
Yamaha rear carbon hugger/chainguard combined
Pazzo short levers with gold adjusters
Ohlins steering damper
Tail tidy
Tsubaki gold x-ring chain and Renthal gold rear sprocket and new front sprocket
Clear custom indicators
Carbon yoke cover
Audible indicator buzzer
Acumen Digital relay
Acumen digital gear indicator
Pro-Bolt black top fork covers
Pro-Bolt black top fork adjusters
Pro-Bolt titanium axle nut
Powerbronze tinted screen
Stiebel Nautilus airhorn fitted in nose cone, compressor under tank, relay under rear passenger seat
R&G top and bottom crash bungs
R&G rear bobbins, frame plugs and bar ends
R&G heated grips for winter, fitted with relay under passenger seat
Renthal medium grips for summer
Ventura luggage rack system
Yoke stem phone holder set up, for mobile phone and sat nav
Various stainless steel replacement bolts and screws
Gold 90 degree tyre valves
Running Dunlop Sportsmax tyres
Suspension set up by Ohlins specialist HMT of Stowmarket UK
Dyno tested with 164.9bhp at the rear wheel

Sweet! That looks good knackers. Can you give us a picture of the entire bike so we can see the blend of the decals on your bike.

I've now posted a 'How to' on fitting the Stebel air horn that I did on my own bike site, and posted it here: http://www.r1-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=348176
I'll take some pics of the R&G heated grips fitted as soon as I have time.
