Hoping I will be in at least semi-retirement by then. As long as the market doesn't completely tank in the next 20yrs I don't foresee having to work past 50. Wouldn't mind going back and teaching part-time.

I'm 32 and already on my second career first one was welding did that for 12 years befor I got my motorcycle tech ticket. Might go for a third one some time, probably machining.
