SOLD: 2005 Black R1 - 8600 Miles - $5800 - Elyria, Ohio
For sale: 2005 Yamaha R1 in Raven Black, excellent condition with just under 8600 miles on the odometer. I am the original owner(purchased in aug 05 at Roush Motorsports in Medina, OH). This bike has NEVER been dropped, crashed or stunted! This R1 has mostly been ridden to work and back where it was i a secure parking garage. It has always been garage kept and covered Nov-Apr in my garage.
All routine service was done at Kennedy's Yamaha in Elyria, OH.
This R1 comes mostly stock.
Modifications include:
integrated tail light/rear turn signal
fender eliminator
Yamaha factory solo seat cowl
black swing arm spools
black clutch slider
black frame sliders
black D.E.I. exhaust wrap from the EXUP valve to the mufflers
Corbin leather saddle.
Rear passenger pegs have been removed
All original parts will be included in the sale(original seat, passenger seat, rear passenger pegs and fender/turn signal assembly).
Both tires are Dunlop Sportmax. Rear tire has approximately 1000 miles on it and still has plenty of tread. The front tire is original and is due to be replaced soon.
Bikemaster Trugel battery was installed in July 2011.
No test drives due to liability. I can prove all mechanical aspects of the bike are functional.
