Could this be a bad stator?

2005 R1

I've been trying to fix a bad idle / miss (at idle) with my bike ever since I changed out my starter (which required me to remove my throttle bodies). I've thought it was a vacuum leak / tb to head joint.... but I've replaced the joints, and throttle bodies with two different sets (which included injectors, TPS sensors etc) and the issue persists. I have even tried RTVing the joints to the head / throttle bodies with no change. So I dont think its the throttle bodies or cylinder head/TB joints at this point

I have *0* noticeable problems in the upper revs, it just misses at idle (previously I have had issues below 3000 RPM but never above). I have not noticed any charging issues etc that indicate a weak battery / charging system.... but I am at a loss as to why its missing at idle.

Plugs have also been replaced, bike runs awesome everywhere but idle.

Here are two videos I took of it today. Its kind of hard to tell, but its missing / stuttering all the time at idle (isnt idling nearly as smooth as it should), with a slight surge every few seconds.

Also, when I put it together today and started it up (using a different set of throttle bodies w/ injectors, TPS, joints etc) it ran perfect. I thought I had it fixed. Then it warmed up (while I was on a short test ride) and started idling rough again. So I would guess whatever the problem is might be caused by heat.
