so ive been looking into a devorce....Im with her keeping the house AS LONG as she buys me out and gets the mortgage debt .(wich her credit cant afford).

And most women worth anything don't care if they are in a 5bedroom house or a 2 bedroom house. Maybe that's your issue. Any kids???

Here is what I have learned
Women are emotionally unstable. Its all about them and what they want, their needs, problems and issues.
Its nothing about you, how are you? How was your day?
Its really draining to say the least.
If you get a divorce, work it out try not to get lawyers involved unless she thinks feels that somehow you owe her the world even if she is the one that wants to leave break the marriage!
If kids involved its tough on them for awhile

Unless she was out the screwing around and you bust her. I proved mine was cheating when I saw my truck in the barracks parking lot. Long story short.....his chain of command was notified and I got away easy.

Good luck with that. Been there done that. Although having the judge say in court (as I was representing myself) "shouldn't he be the one with the lawyer going after you," was one of the single greatest moments of my life.
