Yeah after two long relationships back to back I gave the hell up a couple years ago and now just do what needs to be done and still work to much for too little.

Dude, just become a friendly local at wherever you want to ride. If you're fast enough, friendly enough, there enough, you'll meet new people. When my mates gave away riding one by one, I kept going up our local mountain and then week by week I meet new people and after about 6 months I was a local. Now my riding mates are the guys up the hill on Sunday...

I do that but the squid ratio has gotten really high here in the last couple years. All straight line folks and if you mention making a loop through the twisties they all have to suddenly be somewhere in a little bit. I mostly ride by myself anymore run into good riders now and then.

Not south eastern American tracks. Lately it seems the squids found the track fun, and put people in danger now

Being a professional back marker myself, I always take my Calamari BBQ gear to the track...

That is true here too in the South west. Squids and heros. Heros come to the track in a brand new truck, brand new enclosed trailer, brand new GSXR with track bodywork, custom painted of course, brand new leathers, shaved heads, and then proceed to get on the track and ride like douches. Like they own the track but they actually aren't that great of a rider.
