I can't say much sometimes.... well ok I think the vast majority of the guys in this squadron can say the same thing.... I started the insanity for some kind of different cardio... I want to lose the fat I put on after getting sick... its driving me nuts...lol

When a promotion list comes out everyones name is on it, the ones that have a sequence number next to their name are the ones who have been selected for promotion...Clear?
