Finished my cutting cycle. Went from 205 down to 181. Would like to thank rory and fjorn for some help they gave me along the way. Now I'm beginning my bulk cycle. I tried jumping right into it, but all the protein tore me up. Going to have to slowly increase, and let my body adapt. Anyone have suggestions or tips when it comes to bulking? Never done it before...

Syntha-6 seems to get along with me.. One scoop in the morning, one after workout and one before bed..
I'm sitting at 172 right now... Bulked up from 155 at my lowest weight (high cardio and calorie burning)... currently lifting heavy.

It's all about clean eating good protein and calories, don't think cuz you had 3-4 protein shakes your getting 200-300 G proteins you need to eat food and often the shakes r extras a treat. I would recommend a shake with three diff types of proteins the release at diff times so you're body can absorbe and use it, if not you'll be taking some expensive dumps lol. It takes time to gain correctly, but eat clean and often and be balanced

I'd rather eat real food for substance anyway, but I do know about not getting all your protein from shakes. Right now I drink one or two shakes a day. I was thinking about either adding another meal (chicken, fish, or steak) with some kind of carbs, or just increasing each meal by 2 or 4 ounces. I'm okay with taking the time, and I want to do a clean bulk.

Haha I know I was just excited to finally hit my goal. 315x10x3 for flat bench. 110 sit-ups in 2 minutes, 30 pull ups free hang no kip, and 2 miles in 12:10.
I should have written no homo but whatever.
Cheers to me. I'm getting wasted and eating pizza and pancakes tonight for dinner.
