Oem chain and sprocket combo

So i went -2 +4 on a 530 any body running this set up? And who makes the stock chain for 07 R1? I have some 530 chain laying around but i didnt wanna combine two different ones unless u can?!

Are you stunting, there is no need for that much offset. -1 +1or2 should be all you need I'm running -1 +2 on 520 RK WX ring and its very nice

No my bike is actually gonna come out the shop with extensions i have run that same setup on my R6 and it was nice but idk why i really went with this combo LOL Just seemed liked it would give me allot of torque. I can not find ANYONE who has run it and its getting me second guess my choice....

Yah, that is way too much unless you're stunting. You can't combine two chains unless they are exactly the same model chains. Then you can via a rivet link, but just realize that having two rivet links doubles the chance of human error. So be confident in your rivetting skills.

Damn ok yall made some good points.I have done one rivet before but not two on one chain. SHIT..... I already have both sprockets....... who makes the OEM chain?

Well most people do -2 +3 and call it an acceleration kit. I just went one more....

Do you slip your clutch setting off?? Mine is the 09 – 12 which has less power than the 07 – 08, 152.9 hp compared to 146.2 hp of the 09. Mine is running standard gearing that is being replace with a 520 kit again gearing left the same. When I set off fast on mine slipping (you may call it riding the clutch)the clutch the rear tyre is trying to let go and the front end is coming up.
