To me the new canisters look like ones Devil exhaust made for the 07-08 R1s.

Sounds great, looks a lot like the devil. I hope I can someday just order the cans to change out with my old cans, I mean, they are already 3 months old:-P
I wonder how it would sound on a street prepped R1?
Meaning no yec kit/ cams...Etc.etc.

I would pay GOOD money for those front and rear stands, along with that tail section covering the LINK style exhaust... That's just
If that style tail was available, I would definitely go with a LINK exhaust system (with those logos, not the current yellow/red)
Shane, is any of this stuff available for us mere mortals with no talent and decent bank accounts?

The exhaust is custom made to order (45-60 days turn around). $2900. These require radiator modifications if it's not a race bike our LINK exhaust is what you want.
The tail sections are actually an entire subframe.. The setup is $3163. plus a front mounting kit that is $780.
The stand you see is a R1 pit stop stand. They are $339 (plus shipping - it's a big box so usually $60-$100 depending on location). http://www.gravesport.com/Graves-Mot...ear-Stand.html they are instock also
You will need the hook stand kit to accept that style stand also http://www.gravesport.com/Yamaha-R1-...-Hook-Kit.html They are $109.95
The side lift stands are custom built and we would need to custom quote that if you interested. Typically they are not budget friendly...

LOL.. the previous Graves bike did have the fuel under the seat. I remember seeing that in a youtube video. That's probably why he suggested that.

Thanks for the quick response! As I am revisiting the pics, yes, I can see the different subframe design. Unfortunately $4k is hard to justify to the wife Any luck on scoring some s/h post season hand-me-downs?
That front stand is a thing of beauty, but if you say they aren't budget friendly, then I'll take your word for it
The wife and I are agreeing that I will retire street riding and convert to track-only within the next year, so I want to begin collecting my dream bits now before I run out of money
