I saw that, but when you use a debit card you are using YOUR money. When you use a credit card, you are using THEIR money.

True true...
Banks can vary but there's a 60-90 day to file a charge back, now if he used
his account as debit or wire transfer he's SOL

Not necessarily true. I used my account as debit and my bank refunded me my money as I noted earlier.

Yes, however, if that debit card is a Visa or MC debit, you also get the buyer protection that goes with it. Call the number on the back of the card and dispute the charge.

THanks guys for all the feedback. I will contact my bank on getting my money back.
But what can WE do to shut this guy down so it doesn't happen to anyone else?...That's what's I'm concerned with now.

That's true, I just have an inherent distrust of anything that has a direct link to my bank account. Too many stupid, incompetent people out there that fcvk things up with zero regard for the consequences. Fortunately, 90% of those people work for AT&T Wireless, but you never know where the other 10% work. I'll go credit card every time.

I had the same problem a year ago. I used PayPal and they got my money back for me. I can't believe this site isn't down yet.

Your not alone. I have a separate account just for online purchases and using paypal. I only put in what I need to do something. I have trust issues with my cash. I have lifelock but I prefer not try it out

I use KB before and had no issues. I actually had a light that I messed up during install and he replaced it no questions asked.
However, ill stick with DDM or Face to Face sales with Josh after reading all the issues people have had.
585-478-2899 is his personal cell. And the address on his website is his actual home. I've been there. I may be able to help you out if you want to PM me.

I remember when DDM was having the same issues as Krypton. Only difference is that DDM rebounded and has the product in stock again whereas Krypton seems to have vanished.
Because a few people I know had problems getting the product a couple of years ago, I stay away from them. They left a bad image in my mind of how that company works. Have a kit in my car for 4 years and still works great though.
