Whoa sorry for calling your bf out man. I was just stating my opinion. Kid don't look like he can get 315 once let alone for sets.
As for me being a sissy, while I'm far from a bodybuilder I take the gym very seriously. My max for bench is 415, deads 465 and squats 495. Don't Do power clings anymore, bad wrists. I mean I know I don't hold any records but I'm pretty strong for my size and most don't think I can lift what I can till they see me in the gym.

What the heck is a "power cling"? Figured with my experience I'd be familiar with every single movement known to man.
The typical "how much can you bench" thread? Always a hoot. How the heck can guys bench 80%+ of their dead/squat max; holy muscular imbalance.

Does the amount you lift to any one given area even count if you are known to wear skirts ?

Why do isolationist movements when the whole body needs to work in unison. Therefore, train as you would use it.
Chicks dig guys in kilts.

yeah I was wondering the same thing as to what a power cling is and hell I dunno th emax I have ever done on bench was 365, deadlift 465, and squat 515.... but on squats I have never done a one rep max anyway.... I cranked out 3 on the 515... and I only weighed 185 with all of those...
but now hell Im no where near that since I havent been in the gym really in the past year... life sometimes takes the steam out of the gym sails....

I hear ya. This past year's been a tough one. My training is getting back in order now that things are settling down and I'm going to start taking advantage of the workout facilities at work, and the apartment complex I'm moving into. Sucks they won't have any real free weights. So, once I get strength back, I'm most likely going to have to pick up a gym membership. But, gotta wait on that as I need to control expenses for a while.
