Basically rider sag should be between 28-32mm for R1 for track
Weight is irrelevant cos you want suspension to operate closer to the middle of total travel but you have more compression then extensions typically so 23-27% will put your forks in a very good range to handle well. (Street would be about 30% total travel which is about 36mm)
the sag numbers are a guide. From there you adjust to your riding style for best combination.
If your front and rear differ so much. I would suggest softening your rear to let your weight bias shift back a little to relieve the front a little. Watch for griund clearance but I think you should be fine
But for reference im about 220lbs with gear.

I'm kind of curious what springs they sent you. The highest spring I've been able to order is FRSP S3827100, which is a 1.0 kg/mm spring that is 38mm in diameter and 273 mm long (free length).

Not sure of the part number, I've mailed my supplier to find out. Their standard series don't have 1.2 kgs; they sent some alternate springs for the weight.

Crap! I think my supplier has sent me wrong springs. He says the ones he sent me are for a 2008 R1 and they're different than a 2009+ R1. I've asked him for a part number.

That should be the FRSP S3825120. 38 mm diameter x 250 mm length. About 23 mm short. Not going to work without different spacers.

The spacers are supplied along with the springs if you mention the bike model right? Will this 1.0 kg spring be better than stock since I actually need 1.10 odd for my weight and this is the nearest?

Not normally. I've seen spacers come with cartridge kits, and in some cases where alternate springs where they supply tubing that can be cut to accommodate the required set length.

I'd say no due to the spring length. If you were to make spacers that were 23 mm longer to get the correct set length you might run into a coil binding situation on full compression. I don't know that for fact without checking it, but I would not risk it. I'd have the supplier get the correct springs.

Who else makes heavier springs for stock R1 forks? Ohlins don't have them.

Race Tech makes a 10.0 spring, BUT you can ADD compression and rebound to BOTH legs with their valve kit which will help also.

Those double digit numbers are for shock springs.

Yes I need a 1.2 kg front spring. Valving was on my mind but we don't have the expertise, tools, knowledge here to do that kind of work.
I'm just gooing to try a 1 kg RT spring, if that's no good I'll go back to stock or try and shed lots of weight :-)

The 250mm springs will work (just got off the phone with the folks from Race Tech). You'll need to fabricate longer spacers. You'll want to cut spacers that are 23mm longer than the stock ones.

Thanks Cheong, I'll get back to you for that soon.
Dan, thanks man. Do you mean the springs I have now will work, the RT springs for 2008 model? I'm using the spacers that came along with the springs from RT. They were multiple spacers per spring. 6 or 7 I think. So you are saying I need to fabricate an extra pair which are 23 mm in length? What material should those be?

Dan Q is THEE MAN Handles all of the suspensions for at least 20 of us and is always spot on. My opinion, listen to his advice

No. I'm talking about the spacer tubes that were in your forks. You'll need to find a similar inner diameter tube that you can cut and drill to fit, but you'll want them 23 mm longer than the OEM. If you have trouble acquiring some, my contact at Race Tech confirmed that they can sell you adequate tubing.
