I will say the good thing around here has been that there's no price gouging going on. You're going to pay sticker price, for sure, but the stickers have not been raised.

They have around here. Just depends on where and how much....and I haven't bothered to go to a couple of the more popular shops here cause they already price gouge.
Quantico Tactical is the only place around here that have kept their prices the same, which has always been below MSRP!

You know, I see complete ar15's selling out but still plenty of non gouging price for stripped receiver. Isn't it best to buy up the receiver first instead of the complete.

Texas Roundup: Texas handgun bill author says school signs get it wrong; errant school districts scurry to file safety plans
Although school districts across Texas have posted signs warning that concealed weapons are prohibited from school property, the state official who wrote the state’s concealed-handgun law said Wednesday those signs are bunk.
“They need to read the law,” Texas Land Commissioner Jerry Patterson said. “I can have my gun on campus, except in a building, regardless of what that sign says. Signs do not make law. School boards don’t make law.”
“The signs don’t stop a person from campus shootings,” the former state senator said. “Arguably they give the deranged shooter confidence because he thinks the campus is a gun-free zone.”
Patterson said when he picks up his third-grade twins from school, he wheels onto school property “with firearms in my possession. The signs are wrong.”
State law validates Patterson’s assertions.

With 223/5.56 ammo being bought all up, what used to be .30 cent per rd for cheap plinking, now .45 cent +, what is the max you willing to pay for at this time being?

reloading supplies will always be out there. It may cost 1k in materials to get a good start, but when your ammo is under half cost you'll pay it off DAMN fast. I paid off my reloading supplies the first 4-6 months I owned it.
I never pay for handgun brass either as I always accidentally pick up more then i shot at the firing range LOL.

Thats what I do. It helps that im out at the range several times a month. All the brass is dumped into a 55 gallon plastic drum. All of it is high quality. .223, .45ACP, .45 GAP, .40SW, .9mm and some .357 SIG. These are all once fired speer, winchester or federal. The snipers running .308s try and hold as much spent brass too.
