The one for the buffer tube is a hoop style I purchased . I'd like to have the option of running the sling at that point to the buttstock. I know its probably frowned upon but remember I'm taller than hell and it would give me a little extra play room if I needed it . They make slings for midgets with tall shoes on and it sometimes makes it uncomfortable to pull the weapon up easily into firimg position.

Weird I know but I'm not exactly normal

I'm into the lightweight thing right now. There's nothing like a lightweight AR for plodding through a field or on a hike.

I shoot 1000y with my savage 110ba with the oem trigger just fine. Not sure what gun you have, but maybe it's cause mine has some weight to it, but it's rock stable.

I have an 1187 sporting clays 12 ga with a 1.8 lb pull. Load the magazine and pull forward when you pull the trigger and it's damn near full auto. It's a blast to shoot. It makes my 12 year old son giggle like a little girl.

I've got the BA110 and the Barrett 98B. The video was from the Savage and I like that one quite a better. A little less kick and sits stable on the bipod. I got the right reload figured out for that one too which helps on the confidence side

So sad I messed up today on a part purchase. Picked up a bad lever because I liked it on my buddies rifle but sadly it doesn't fit mine. Never thought it would be a problem but forgot the release is recessed on that sportical . oh well lesson learned.

What grain and reload are you doing? I'm doing retumbo 89gr with 300gr smk

I have to trim my brass a hair below the min though or my bullets stick a little bit. had to send it in to savage to polish the chamber as well. It's stupid accurate though.

ON new years myself and a friend went to academy an hour before they opened. They are still getting daily shipments of ar's. they didn't get any in that day though, but 20 of us stood outside like it was ****ing black friday waiting. The day before they got in 18 ar's though. They are only allowing a purchase of 2 per person. Not sure if they are still getting shipments every few days or not though.

I called academy yesterday about the 30-gal drum of Federal 5.56 ammo (12,500 rounds for $4999) and the lady told me they were out, but expecting more in a few weeks. Between me and about 5 guys at work, that's just about right.
