Yeah, tell her to stay in the immediate area for dinners, shopping etc. If she travels South on HWY 281 directly from the airport a few miles is the Quarry retail center...really nice with restaurants. If she travels West on Loop 410 from teh airport is NorthStar Mall. If she goes North of the airport on HWY 281 there are a variety of restaurants and shopping centers.
I would advise that she does not go alone West of North Star Mall and stay along 281 East and West. If she wants to go downtown to the River Walk, she can do it easily by going South on HWY 281. Make sure she takes the "downtown/river walk" exit because taking exits immediately before it or after is sketchy.

Buddy of mine did insanity for a while. He eventually stopped because he said it was basically a leg workout and he switched back to P90X, because it was more total body.
This is the 4th time I am doing it. Hopefully, this time I will get through more than 6 weeks. I just get burnt out form exercising 6 days a week. I am doing the three lifting days MWF, basketball Tuesday, and climbing Thursday and Saturday.
It will be ouch for a while, but I gotta put fat kid on a diet...
