I've done a great deal of research on this. It's false. The act was never passed in 1902. It was renamed and changed in 1903, passed and enacted. The language you find in the 1902 bill was not part of the 1903 bill.

Yes he can. The importation rules were made by exec order in the 80's. As can be many other things gun related. Bush did it in '89. Ammo is a major concern as would be mags. They aren't guns so they aren't protected under 2A. I see manufacturing restrictions as well as limits on #'s on guns a person can buy. Anything not directly associated to the 2A would be in jeopardy. The 2A doesn't guarantee you a loaded gun.

That would play into their hands. You have to be unarmed in DC, so if you're armed, you will become a criminal. If you're unarmed, you have no authority or ability to act or defend yourself when they start shooting. They will find a reason (false flag).
