I'm taking my whole bike to my suspension guy when I have my forks done and he'll help me dial the bike in far more precisely. I'm really interested in the various geometry setups you guys have. Ride height in the rear and fork placement.

It's going to be different bike to bike depending on the weight distribution of the rider, what tires are used and how the rider likes the handling.

Running 120/70 and 190/55's dunlop GP-A's they like 5-7 mm rear with the triples flush. I'd start with 30mm of sag for the street. Rebound and compression should be set by using the standard setup procedures in the "suspension tuning 101" thread in the how to section.

Michelins seem to be a bit shorter up front so you can drop a couple mm in the back if it feels too twitchy.
