someone should start a list. I might look around to see which ones have been laid to rest and post it. I know i have seen about 3 totaled CLE's that werent salvagable and are no longer on the road. RIP CLE's... :no
It had it all too. Highmount Mig, Ohlins Dampner, Polished heads, K&N Filter, Rims Powdercoated (front White, Back Blue) White Gauge, Sweet Undertail, Carbon Fiber Everywhere
i had a targa before. there is a new one on ebay right now. buy it now is 150 but starts at less. i think they discontinued the yamaha seat cowl for the champs. if anybody has one of those i would be interested.
I've got a white Eurobikes cowl that I might be willing to part with, I also have a factory solo that is broke from the conecting braket and needs some fiberglass that you can just have if you pay for the shipping.
damn limited you must hang out at some nice spots. how is there gonna be 3 on just any given day? man i got to come down to texas. if i had a job offer down there i would leave here but the money is just too good around the dc area
sorry it took so long to reply. i have #442 and i just turned 2000 miles before the snow started to fall. ohio fall weather sucks. i bought my bike with 600 miles on it in march 2002. looks as good as the day i bought it----perfect !!!!!
The #1000/1000 sat at Anderson's forever...It sat there till right before I picked my liquid silver 02. the dealer kept trying to convince me to buy the #1000 instead of my bike...i just wanted the silver.
As a Brit I know nothing about a "Champions Edition" - can someone explain the differences between it and a standard bike? Was it just a paint job and a little plaque as some kind of marketing exercise?
I have a Moto Guzzi Le Mans Ultima Edizione (#82 of 100) which were the last old-style Le Mans ever built. The spec included paint & plaque, but it also has higher spec engine parts and is indecently fast for an old twin!

Yeah that is basically all, but I think there is a slight differance in lean angle also, just from riding mine all of the time and switching with friends occasionally. Anyone else notice this?
