2002 blue R1 For Sale 120mi. NEW

For Sale, Brand New 02 R1 Blue. Under Factory Warranty till 04/2005. Bike has 118 miles on it. Bike went out from under me pulling out of driveway. The left handle bar collapsed, putting a small dimple on the left side of frame. Parts were purchased new NOS and a Yamaha Dealership replaced the handlebar and checked the bike out completely. Nothing is wrong with this bike, except for I am scared of it. I'm gonna stick with my R6. I am a motivated seller. I can send multiple photos as needed. I am asking $7500.00 Like I stated, next to the dimple, this bike is mint!!!!!! Ready to go for the more competent rider. I paid $9000.00 in April. email me at camaronut@fuse.net
Thanks again.

If that's the dimple you speak of in the above pic, I believe that bike is totalled.

Dimple

Yea I quess if you wanted to get a new frame because of that. The bike has been checked by Yamaha. There is nothing out of line and the tracking is correct. The bike rides as it did before. The bike was not crashed. It came out and around and down. Less than 10 mph. I don't know if the handlebar was not totally tight or what. It should not have given like that.
