Ride, Sunday Jan 30th : Yamaha R1 Forum

Looks like we've got a group going out to Banner on Saturday, but I can't make it that day. So, how about a group for Sunday? Any takers? Normal spot and time in Julian?

(Adrian, remind me to burn you a CD!!!)

People heading out from San Diego, I usually meet a group at the 8 and 5 merge near Linda Vista. Let me know if anybody wants to meet there!

I'm just coming off two yellows in one week, so I'll be keeping the speed dialed to a nice degree. Can't get a third!!!!!!

I'll be at the lookout enjoying the sun from around 10:30AM.

I have 2 yellow slips also so until I beat them I'll be slow mow, no DY pass's

but at least we can still ride right Mark?

Well, for all those interested, the ride is still on.

I will be at the Shell gas station off the Tecolote off ramp (just North of the 8 and 5 interchange) at 9:45 AM. I will be there till 10:00 AM. Then, I'm riding North on the 15 to meet RoninR1 at the 76 station @ 10:30 AM and do Palo enroute to Borrego for lunch and Montezuma. I'll be coming back via the 8 West. So, hope to see you guys out on Montezuma around 1 PM'ish.

1PM Montezuma? Its kind of late to ride it than as the shadows suck that time of day in the winter. I'll be up there around 11AM so see how long my tire lasts. Should see you at the taco shop though around 1:00, Hope you have a safe ride on Palo.

....And once again, things change.

I don't want to miss out on good riding at Montezuma. I'm going to skip Palo and head straight out to MPR. Will meet at the Shell station at the same time for anyone interested.
