Dear DOOR Customer,
As part of an upgrade to our e-mail and Internet systems, all DOOR customers must now make a one-time update to their Internet and E-mail settings. The update consists of you adding a new domain name “door.net” in their dial-up and e-mail usernames settings.
example: yourusername will now be yourusername@door.net
You will need to make this change to your settings regardless of your e-mail address used to send and receive e-mail. This change will not impact the existing e-mail addresses you use or give out to your friends, family or associates. The only impact of this change is to the way you log in to the Internet and retrieve your emails from our server.
For you do-it-yourselfers we have included the following simple step-by-step instructions to help you change your Internet connection and e-mail settings at your own pace. Or if you prefer our assistance, please contact The Door Technical Support Team at (806)-785-6203 so that we can assist with these changes.
If your e-mail settings are not changed, you will not be able to send or receive your e-mail.
How to modify your username for your Dial-up Connection.
1. Double-left-click on My Computer in the upper left-hand corner.
2. Double-left-click on Control Panel.
3. Double-left-click on Internet Options.
4. Left-click on the Connections Tab.
5. Left-click on your Door Dial-Up account.
6. Left-click on Settings.
7. Change your username (Example: If username was john then it will be john@door.net).
8. Left-click on OK, then left-click on OK again.
9. Your settings have now been successfully changed.
****Im inserting this break here to seperate the dialup and email changes...****

5. Click Properties

Same here, stupid people all over the place and damn I'm not the brightest guy. But look at this way, this is how we get paid because they are to dump to change a battery or close a laptops cd-roms drive. I sometimes think to myself how is it they make so much money yet can't do some of the simplest things. Crap I should get another raise. I love when they call me at home and i have to be on with them for about an hour telling them how to get to a file or copy it over from one computer to another. But that is life. They help me pay my rent.

I know. I was trying to help my brother move some files around on his hard drive (over the phone) when in mid sentence he interrupts me with "what's a folder?".
We're only half brothers.

I was born out of a previous marriage. My mom remarried and they had my half-brother.
Although, you could probably also argue he is half goat.
