F/S Clean Title Only from wrecked '99 R!
My friend and fellow forum member bschwerke wrecked his '99 the summer before last and picked up an '04. He still has the cracked and mangled frame (which is probably only worth pizza money) so he thought he'd try seeing what kind of offers he'd get for a clean title.

title a bike thats dose not have a title. You make a new plak with the new vin# and your done. I know it sounds shady, but if you want to sell a track bike as a streetbike this would be the way to go.

You can also buy a stolen bike and use the clean title then transfer everything over.You can make a ton of $ doing this ,just don't get caught...
Anyone get a price from him yet?
