Custom LED Flasher Relay Problem

I had trouble with my factory flasher relay not working with the LED turn signals i had bought, so i bought a Custom LED flasher relay to correct this problem. I installed it and it works just fine, but the green turn signal led on the instrument cluster doesn't flash with the turnsignals, it doesn't illuminate at all. What is the deal with this?

I also noticed that i'm getting a bit of "bleed through" on the opposite turn signal,

For example, i have hooked the Right Rear LED turnsignal up and the Left Rear isn't hooked up. Both of the Front LED signals are hooked up. I turn on the Left signals, the Left Front illuminates normally, the Right Front illuminates/blinks slightly/dim. The Right Rear signal however does illuminate/blink very slightly and dim. If i were to hook the Left Rear up also, then it will do the same thing when i turn Right Turn signals on.

The Bleed through seems to only be in the rear signals?

I am basically having the same problem as this guy, except i don't have a problem with my brake lights.

I actually managed to fix this problem by wiring in two "incandescent" light bulbs meant for a car/truck in the circuit with the LED's. What else could i wire in the circuit other than the light bulbs that will achieve the same effect??

you can wire in-line one resister per circuit that needs to flash propely!! i only had that bleed-thru on my 98!! my 01, and 06 work 100% with LED's on all 4 corners!!

i just spent a little time hunting around for my rear turn signal switch relay on my 2006 R1. I had purchased the lockhart phillips relay and it is similar to the stock one, but not exact (maybe i didnt get the right year). But the stock switch relay is on the right side under the seat and its easily accessible (nothing on top of it). On an 06, if you have to cut something you are doing it wrong :-) Its the only wire on the right side that has the same connection plug as the relay.
