Thumbs up Dunlop Qualifier

I just got the New Dunlop Qualifier and i have extreme confidence with it.
I have not been on a track with it and may never be but i am one to make chicken strips a thing of the past on the street and i feel extremely good with this tire. They say they are made with two new polymers etc.....
And that they are Firmly holding place with the pilot powers which i have also had and loved. It is a beautiful tire to have on an R1. the tire does seem a bit soft to me but all reviews and people i've talked to say they will last jut as long as pilots and perelli diablo corsa. The perelli is what i was goin for but they had none in stock so i went for the qualifier. Since th sportmax qualifier is still a sport street tire if put on a track the tire will grease up after a bit of hard riding on a 1000 cc bike. I have no fear of eating shit with it on the street however. The reviews from the track have still been raving over the old dunlops. It took a big chunck out of my pocket but it was worth it.
The salesman came over while i was lookin at a perelli diablo (non Corsa)
and said "That is a really good tire for price" which was 160 $ installed for the rear and i said ya it is but the peices of my ass and bike im gonna be leavin on the street when i fall far outway the money im gonna be savin so NO Thanks! i'll take the qualifier.

I just put some on my '02 and I am pleasantly surprised. I swore off Dunflops after the 208 quote, "We really rushed those to market and they weren't that good." quote from Dunlop. WTF? They are confidence inspiring and feel good, even in the rain. Spent $100 for some take-offs and love them!

Qualifiers rock on the track too. I rode them on a 636 at Barber and was dragging bodywork everywhere.

Well then it's official. I made a great choice of tire.

Any tire that comes with a fiveoh stamp of approval is Race ready.

X Dunlop hater here also. I have done 2 track days on them at a intermediate pace and am very surprised how well they stick. I am not sure how many more track days I can get out of them but thus far they exceed expectations. I have about 700 miles on them including the trackdays and think they will last until the spring. By then I will have a little over a 1k on them.

Ran a full track day (double sessions) for 200 miles and they worked great!!

Currently have them for street use. They are a very good tire.
