Sato Rearsets Brake Spring??
Just got a new set of gold Sato Rearsets and I really can't find a place to logically install the OEM brake spring... Hooked everything else up including the brake switch for the light...
Does anyone know if the spring is supposed to be on there or is not needed?

mine came with a small actuator that installed into rear master cylinder, then I spliced into the brake wire.

I have Sato rearsets and I did not bother hooking up the rear brake light switch.

Hmmmm.... the form factor might simply not work. I run one so get them. Post a pic so we can scheme on a solution.

No drag on mine at all... I don't think they were designed to run one....

I don't have the rear brake light hooked up, nor a return spring. Over a year with no problems..

I'm an idiot, I inferred that was what the original post was about. I have the pictured Graves unit on my Attack's...

I have made about 5 of these brake return springs for after market rearsets so far. A trip to ace hardware, and about 30 minutes worth of work will get you what you need.
I have not seen any of the aftermarket rearsets come with a brake return spring, or a place to mount the stock one.
I basically buy a spring and a washer and make what is shown in the pic. I paint the spring so it looks abit better, but it does not really matter.
I think it makes the rear brake feel a bit better (or at least more like stock).
