marchesini wheels

I recently puchased a 2006 r1. My question is, my previous bike was a 2002 r1
with 5 spoke marchesini magnesium wheels. will these wheels fit on the 06 r1
if I purchase the proper size rotors front and rear? Any help would be
appreciated, thanks....
