It might just be dead and in need of replacement.. How old is it? I had mine a tickle charger for a few weeks and went to ride it and still nothing. Replaced the battery and booooooya works as new. Its ongoing maintance with the chargers not when you need them.

y not jump it?

im gonna catch alot of slack from people on here but here me out first

first off jump it with your car but dont run your car......just connect the cables and let it trickle charge for 20 mins or so then try to turn your bike over......should have no problems

ive done it countless times no problems
