R1 Powerplant in car need sprocket advice

hey Im the guy that is using an r1 to power a reverse trike. my thread is in the tire tech section. the vehicles weight will be around 1000lbs. what tooth front and rear sprockets should I get. Im mainly concerned about 0-100mph speed. I do not require the high top speed the bike offers stock.
