any tips for install of vortex lowering links on 05' R1?

or maybe just have them put in by a mechanic

what kinda advice you looking for? if your mechanically inclined, they are easy enuff to do, but if you're unsure (which you seem to be) then i would have someone who knows what they are doing do it for you.

easy, takes 30 minutes if you go slow. Best method I used was hang the tail from the ceiling if you have straps. Gets the bike off the ground so you have room to work as well as take weight off spring. It is very easy to do. Give it a try, you succeed then you are happy with money in your pocket, you fail then bring it in anyways.

i ended up taking it in,

i needed to put on ?he 2ct's anyway, i just want to get stuck in waiting in line for a week, but i'll have the bike back in the morning

why not, is there something about them? i'm not the tallest guy in the world, 5'5", so i would like the extra room
